🔍 When is it ripe?
Oval, bright red to orange-red hips. Ripe when uniformly red and slightly soft. Excellent for rosehip syrup. Always remove the irritating inner seeds.
On slope with elder. Big fat tight berries type. Tried berry. Very tasty.
