Fragrant white-yellow flowers in June–July. Harvest when open for linden tea. Very fragrant; also used for honey production.
One (1) tree at this location. Restricted access area (military installation) requiring Department of Defense ID for entry. Tree is located in a park with no vehicle traffic and accessible to anyone that can enter the military installation. Flowers on time in early June due to full sun.
