🔍 When is it ripe?
Clusters of orange-yellow fruit; ripe when fully orange with no green, yields to gentle pressure, and comes off the stem with a slight tug. Very sweet and aromatic when right — mealy if overripe. Short shelf life after picking.
Just right of the entrance to Lycée Janson de Sally, behind the metal fence. Some branches overhang the sidewalk. To reach the base of the tree, pass through the car entrance and along the side of the building.
