🔍 When is it ripe?
Black raspberry: Deep purple-black, duller than blackberries. Separates from the hollow core like a red raspberry. Richer, more intense flavour than red raspberry. Short season — harvest daily.
Walnut: Green outer husk splits and darkens; nuts fall or shake loose. Remove husks immediately and cure for 2 weeks to develop full flavour. Gloves prevent staining.
Walnut trees are located along most if not all of this trial along with ample amounts of Black Raspberry bushes (season; June-July)
-Wild Onions grow during early spring
