🔍 When is it ripe?
Clusters of orange-yellow fruit; ripe when fully orange with no green, yields to gentle pressure, and comes off the stem with a slight tug. Very sweet and aromatic when right — mealy if overripe. Short shelf life after picking.
Approx 4 loquat trees. Unsure of variety. Fruit medium size and very sweet. Trees located near round about, but has space to pull off the road next to the trees
