Non-astringent types: eat when orange and firm. Astringent types: wait until very soft and wrinkled. Both fully orange when ripe.
- easiest parking is Ridgeview Street, Carindale
- the tree is definitely a mature size
- it gets a good quantity of fruit, but small in size (either insufficient water or fertiliser I guess)
