🔍 When is it ripe?
Dark purple when ripe; sweet with a dry, date-like texture. Hard crunchy seed is edible. Persist on the tree through winter.
En descendant les escaliers, sur la gauche un micocoulier. Fruits à manger très mûrs (quand ils sont presques noirs). Astringents quand ils sont verts.
