🔍 When is it ripe?
Small, olive-like, silvery-yellow to reddish fruit. Mealy and sweet-astringent when ripe. Best when fully coloured and slightly soft. Can be dried or used for jam.
Another Russian Olive. This was my first post. No reason to really visit this locations as other Russian Olive trees in Flagstaff are more accessible.
