🔍 When is it ripe?
Green outer husk splits and darkens; nuts fall or shake loose. Remove husks immediately and cure for 2 weeks to develop full flavour. Gloves prevent staining.
In Garon's Leisure and Tennis Centre car park, a number of walnut trees, it is 29/08/2013 and they are green and big.
