🔍 When is it ripe?
Small, red to purple when ripe. Tart flavour; best for jelly or preserves. Harvests well as it begins to soften and colour fully.
There are three Mexican Plum (Prunus Mexicana) trees LOADED with fruit toward the north east side of the Lowes building. Watch out for fire ants.
