🔍 When is it ripe?
Clusters of orange-yellow fruit; ripe when fully orange with no green, yields to gentle pressure, and comes off the stem with a slight tug. Very sweet and aromatic when right — mealy if overripe. Short shelf life after picking.
Tree is positioned in front of the club house and guest parking, so while it is accessible for anyone, be sure not to cause a scene in front of the HOA/club house
