🔍 When is it ripe?
Bright red olive-shaped berries. Very sour when first red — wait until they turn deep red and fall freely or can be shaken off. High in vitamin C. Good for jam, wine, and sauce.
Two or more old Cornelian Cherries, mostly in the shade of bigger trees on the West side of North Park, near the wall of the convent.
