Bur oak
Several medium-sized bur oaks here, with characteristically huge acorns, ping-pong ball-sized. Acorns are time-consuming to process but if you want to try it, use these. Right next to taco truck with easily accessible dumpster in which I've found huge bags of tortilla chips (the owner saw me yank a bag out once and asked if I wanted more... yes please!).
