Fragrant at the stem end; yields to gentle pressure. Colour varies by variety. Ripe when fragrant and slightly soft throughout.
Mango tree growing on edge of Hamilton st, on edge of steep hill so be very careful. If it is not worth risking, mango trees are extremely plentiful in redlands bay area.
