🫐
White mulberry
📍 246 Hal Muldrow Dr, Norman, OK 73069, USA
🗓 Season: May · June · July
🔍 When is it ripe?
White to pale pink or lavender when ripe. Very sweet and mild. Falls from the tree when ripe — spread a sheet below and shake. Extremely delicate; eat within hours. Ripe berries stain less than black mulberry but deteriorate even faster.
This tree is by the apartment building and the abandoned roofing company building. There's easy-access parking in the empty lot or the Sinclair nextdoor. It hangs over the apartment fence, but isn't a part of the property.
