🔍 When is it ripe?
Small apples ripen from green to red, yellow, or orange by variety. Very tart raw but excellent for jelly and cider. Ripe when the colour is fully developed and the fruit lifts off with a gentle twist.
A couple apple trees are located in this area however I’m not sure what type they are, the apple themselves were rather sweet and almost had a taste that was close to honey
