🔍 When is it ripe?
Fully black (not red or dark red) and comes off the stem with no resistance — zero pull. Dull rather than shiny; a shiny black berry is still slightly underripe and tart. Eat the same day for best flavour.
Between the concrete ditch and the fence. There are mustang grapes on private property and these are just north of that. I believe chokecherries are on the opposite fence as well
