Deep red and glossy; stem pulls cleanly. Taste is the best test — sweet and juicy when ripe, still astringent if picked too early.
Plutot tardives (fin mai - juin) , assez noires, il faut un peu grimper pour les mériter car tout ce qui eest à portée de main est grapillé par les passants :)
