🔍 When is it ripe?
Harvest leaves just before flowering for peak flavour. Cut stems back by a third regularly to encourage bushy growth. Flavour declines after flowering — cut flower spikes off to extend harvest.
Many mint plants with large leaves. Overgrowing into Alley. See attached picture for better idea of location. Great for transplanting, mojitos or simple syrup. Fine to pick. Neighbors mow it back.
