🔍 When is it ripe?
Deep red (or gold/yellow for golden varieties) and slides off the receptacle — the hollow centre is the tell. Does not pull: a ripe raspberry separates at a touch. Extremely fragile; use within hours of picking.
Raspberry Canes growing on the South side of a fence along the park edge near the overlook, East of the burial mounds. They stick through the fence and are easily accessible. Please be respectful and safe. Only pick what is easily accessible and do not climb the fence. Not recommended for any substantial harvest as this is an ancestral site.
