🔍 When is it ripe?
Harvest time depends on intended use: green olives (October, firm, very bitter — require curing); turning olives (November, red-purple, half-ripe — for oil or eating); black olives (December, fully ripe, shrivelling — sweeter, for oil). All must be cured before eating — never eat straight from the tree.
so the olice tree is in between the hills, wonderfull tree. Access it by going through the hill entrance left of wethersfield, go up into the hills and take a left. You need to either go up the hill or go along the trail in between the hills. If you go up the hill, take a right and go down
I visited the tree in march and the olives were wonderfull but severely over ripe
