🔍 When is it ripe?
Small, dark purple berries. Sweet with a hint of almond. Ripe when uniformly dark and separates easily from the stem.
Smallish tree. Needs verification– I saw it driving on Broadway and identified it quickly by its buds. Not sure.
Looks to be on public property.
