🔍 When is it ripe?
Harvest leaves just before flowering for peak flavour. Cut stems back by a third regularly to encourage bushy growth. Flavour declines after flowering — cut flower spikes off to extend harvest.
In the parking lot for Lettuce (an amazing) Restaurant. Mint grows like a weed, so its littered throughout this parking lots growing patches. There are other fruits and vegetables grown here, but do not feel comfortable listing those as a source. Likely should ask permission for those, but if you notice neglect, maybe they're just for looks and should be eaten!
