🔍 When is it ripe?
Fragrant white-yellow flowers in June–July. Harvest when open for linden tea. Very fragrant; also used for honey production.
Pretty typically shaped basswood here at the same dog park/vacant lot as the wild spinach was noted previouly. I put status as "ripe" because it is past flowering and dropped most seeds. But i dont know of any foods id consider ripe at this stage. I only knkw of the young leaves.
