🔍 When is it ripe?
Small, dark purple berries. Sweet with a hint of almond. Ripe when uniformly dark and separates easily from the stem.
Multiple Juneberry/Serviceberry plants were planted in the landscaping around the skate park at Centennial Park. There may be more throughout the rest of the park so take a stroll and see what you can find. The delicious berries are ripe around June 10th.
