🔍 When is it ripe?
Small, round, turning from red to deep purple-black. Sweet and blueberry-like when fully dark. Birds eat them as soon as they ripen — check daily. Best fresh or in pies and jam.
Waterloo Park, just North of the East Gazebo there is a circular garden with a walkway through it. This circular garden is surrounded by fruiting Serviceberry trees, most can be picked without a ladder.
