🔍 When is it ripe?
Bright red olive-shaped berries. Very sour when first red — wait until they turn deep red and fall freely or can be shaken off. High in vitamin C. Good for jam, wine, and sauce.
Two trees, high yield. Very sweet berries when fully ripe.
