🔍 When is it ripe?
Golden-orange colour all over; red blush is fine but green means unripe. Gives slightly under thumb pressure and separates cleanly from the pit. Sweet, floral aroma. Short window — harvest daily once they start colouring.
*Chopped Down, no longer there* To the right of China Finders. Tree is around 100years old and thought to be used to make moonshine during prohibition.
