On private property, owner doesnt pick them but loves for people to enjoy the apples.
They would like to know beforehand as the property has a fence around it, and so they know why you are in their yard.
Tree seems to still be doing good at the moment and you may need to bring a ladder if all the low hanging fruit is harvested.
