🔍 When is it ripe?
Unlike apples, pears ripen from the inside out. Harvest when the skin colour lightens and the fruit separates with a gentle upward twist. Ripen off the tree at room temperature — leave on a counter until the neck yields to thumb pressure.
A healthy tree within a clean area. It's in an abandoned plot with high grass - be prepared -, also nobody cares if you pic these fruits. This spot is up on the hillside and on your way you can find other blessings, like grapes, walnuts and so on. Enjoy!
