🔍 When is it ripe?
Thin, deep yellow to orange-yellow skin when ripe. Sweeter and less acidic than Eureka lemons. Skin feels slightly soft; very juicy. Harvest promptly once fully coloured — skin tears easily.
this is a hybrid between a rough lemon and a meyer lemon. It's a substitute for a rough lemon. It's a little sweeter than a rough lemon, but milder in taste. Watch out for the dogs - the neighbor gets upset if they're barking too much.
