🔍 When is it ripe?
Harvest when clusters turn from yellow to amber (rutab stage) and fruits soften. Dark, wrinkled dates (tamr stage) are fully cured on the tree or dried afterwards.
3 Date Palm trees in the front of the performing arts center 2 in front of the entrance doors across the walk and 1 as you head to go around the left of the building.
