🔍 When is it ripe?
Evergreen herb — harvest sprigs year-round. Young, bright green shoot tips have the most flavour. Harvest in the morning after dew dries. Flowers (blue-purple) appear spring through early summer and are edible as a garnish.
Growing abundantly behind the road guard/barricade on the side of Carrington street just before its intersection with Fountains Road. Street view shows an old photo before it was growing there, so don't be discouraged.
