🔍 When is it ripe?
Uniformly coloured (red, orange, yellow, or purple by variety) with slight give when squeezed. A ripe tomato separates easily from the vine. Fully coloured fruit stored at room temperature — never refrigerate.
In 2012 this was a xeriscape area with some edibles. Very unclear if they use them or if they are free for taking, however this is a public building so I assume the land is public. Had tomatos, tomatillos and herbs.
