🔍 When is it ripe?
Fully orange skin (can be green-tinged in warm climates and still ripe). Heavy for its size, with a smooth, slightly glossy skin. Scratch and sniff — a sweet orange smell confirms ripeness. Navel oranges develop the distinctive navel opposite the stem.
Whenever i was in a smaller to biger town, there i found orage trees next to the street. sometimes the fruit is not ripe or sour bitter but in this particular place we found sweet fruits. just check some trees when you are in spain. you can find citrus and avocados a lot..
