Lots of Burdock growing on the slope that leads down towards thebike path/river. Look to the south, just east of the bridge. The hill is covered in them. Burdock leaf stems can be used for a deelish item my gramma called "Gardunies" (gar-doo-nees), and there are a million other uses. Roots are edible as well!
