I've passed these dumpsters numerous times in the last few years (2017-2019) while heading to the storm drains in the Los Angeles River - these dumpsters are chock full of reject Panda Express fortune cookies. Perfectly edible. Enjoy!
You can park on the streets just west of here. There are meters but it's free in the evening.
