Look for the the lot with all the cargo shipping containers, the dill is taller than the containers and it grows through the fence. It has spread to the other side of the road and it's been there two years, going strong. Google maps shows it poking through the fence by the "Capital" cargo crate. That image was taken in 2019. So it's been self seeding for a while now. Please be careful where you walk, as the baby dill plants grow all along the curb side. Try not to over harvest, so everyone can have some. This is my favorite dill spot. It's like a dill forest.
