🔍 When is it ripe?
Background colour changes from green to yellow or cream (variety determines final colour). Seeds inside should be brown. Flesh yields slightly to thumb pressure. A ripe apple releases with a gentle upward twist — no pulling. Check the ground for natural drops.
Green sour apples. This tree is gigantic and produces so many apples. It is August 1st and I would say that about one more week or so and the apples will hit peak ripeness!
