🔍 When is it ripe?
Deep red (or gold/yellow for golden varieties) and slides off the receptacle — the hollow centre is the tell. Does not pull: a ripe raspberry separates at a touch. Extremely fragile; use within hours of picking.
These raspberries are beautiful and delicious!! They are right across the parking lot by the big red barn. There are also a whole bunch of them just after the entrance to the treetops trail. If you're still hungry, you can find even more at the the beginning of the treetops trail, too!
