🔍 When is it ripe?
Deep red (or gold/yellow for golden varieties) and slides off the receptacle — the hollow centre is the tell. Does not pull: a ripe raspberry separates at a touch. Extremely fragile; use within hours of picking.
This patch of raspberries sit along adjacent to the wall of 305 E 11th ave. In the community garden space. Surprisingly this late in the year, many of these plants were producing ripe fruit.
