Near the University Center of the University of Miami, there are several tamarind trees. Also, behind the Cox Science Building there's an arboretum that has several fruit trees. I know the Starfruit or the Carambola trees are here. There are between the parking lot and the School of Arts that looks like a bungalow. Also, the vines around the library are Fruit salad plant. The landscapers usually prune away the fruit before they get nearly ripe, but they have been known to miss a few.
