Tree is on corner among a row of conifers. It looks glorious in April when it's blooming. Tree is English variety. Some think the plums are somewhat bitter, some say not (that's a genetic thing, different for each person). They make great jam, and there are recipes online, but please be mindful that jam requires a lot of fruit, so leave enough for others to enjoy, too. You can bring a tarp, shake branches, and plums will fall when they're ripe if they're too high to reach. Absolutely NO LADDERS ALLOWED for safety reasons. Harvest at your own risk, and clean up any debris you created, please.
