Believe this is willow eucalyptus. Not only is it a pretty decoration for any vase and flower bouquet, but it can be made into tea. You can also use the oils as rubs or breathe in when mixed with steaming water. The oil can even be added to homemade cough drops. Really tall tree - might be hard and dangerous to get these leaves in comparison to other trees. Would likely need a picker.
