🔍 When is it ripe?
Like a smaller blackberry on a trailing cane. Fully black and separates easily. A waxy bloom on ripe berries. Ripe before blackberries in most areas.
Lots of dewberries along the ditch, right outside of the entrance on Blake Manor. And plenty within the park as well.
There are a handful of Chickasaw plum trees by the pool.
Greenbriar is everywhere.
