🔍 When is it ripe?
Green outer husk splits and darkens; nuts fall or shake loose. Remove husks immediately and cure for 2 weeks to develop full flavour. Gloves prevent staining.
3 mature walnut trees. courtyard can be accessed at any time night or day. would avoid coming late at night due to security, but no one would have issues with foragers between 7am-9pm.
