🔍 When is it ripe?
Ripe when fully coloured (white, red, or black by species) and falls at a touch. Spread a sheet and shake the branches. Extremely perishable — process or eat immediately.
Found a tree along the road after seeing fruit on the ground while we were out for a walk. I'm not 100% certain on the ID so double check before eating the fruit. We're here July 21 and there is lots of ripe fruit now.
