Dollar Tree Often has food with damaged packaging or that is past-date. Canned food, instant foods, sugary foods. Sometimes cleaning chemicals, soaps, shampoos. Also has random school supplies, and cheap junk from China. Check a month or two after major holidays for lots of cards. Sometimes they lock this dumpster, but generally it is not. It goes in phases.
