Now Forage

Leaves are edible - and easy to grab at. They are a little harder than salad leaves, but are easy to chew and would make great salad additions (to avoid the need for croutons). It can be eaten by itself as a snack - tastes like a regular salad leaf but more bready. Very palatable and not bitter - tastes surprisingly great! Not only edible - but pretty too - when picking. Nature bathing fun to walk between the hanging leaf branches in the afternoon when the sun shines through them.
