🔍 When is it ripe?
Dense clusters of vivid orange berries, intensely sour. Ripe when bright orange and yields to gentle pressure. High in vitamins C, E, and omega-7. Harvest by cutting entire branches and freezing, then shaking frozen berries loose.
The small orange fruits are used for juice, jelly, jam, ointments, etc.
BEWARE! Got many small thorns on the branches, so be carefull and wear gloves.
